At The Flame Ritual, each candle is hand-poured with care and intention — and we want your experience to reflect the same warmth. While we don’t offer returns on used or opened products, we’re here to make it right if something goes wrong.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

Refunds & Replacements Are Available When:
 

  1. The product is damaged or broken in transit

  2. You received the wrong item

  3. Your package was lost in shipping


In these cases, we’re happy to provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference and stock availability.

To Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email us at support@theflameritual.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue


We'll respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed back to your original payment method

  • Reflected within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider

What’s Not Covered

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Candles with mild scent variation or natural surface imperfections

  • Incorrect usage or poor candle care (e.g., tunneling due to not trimming the wick)

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping services

  • Orders outside India (if applicable)

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us directly
     

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

As a small-batch, artisan brand — every product is made and packed by hand. We deeply appreciate your understanding, and we promise to treat every issue with fairness, kindness, and transparency.
