We strive to ensure that all descriptions, pricing, and product images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, shape, or scent intensity may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our candles.
 
Please Note:

• Candle burn times are estimated and may vary depending on usage habits.

• Our massage candles are for external use only. Perform a patch test before applying.

 
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept secure online payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, and select digital wallets.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India with estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location.

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. The Flame Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@theflameritual.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
