At The Flame Ritual, we believe that your candle ritual should begin the moment you place your order — not just when the flame is lit. We’re committed to delivering your handcrafted candles with care, clarity, and timeliness.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers soon!

Processing Time

  • All orders are hand-packed and processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
     

  • During festivals, sales, or new launches, please allow 2–4 business days due to high volume.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2/3 cities & remote areas: 5–7 business days

  • Festive or weather-related delays: May extend slightly, but we’ll keep you informed.
     

You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹79 (flat rate)
     

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999
     

  • COD (if applicable): ₹99 additional charge

Packaging & Handling

Each candle is wrapped with care in eco-friendly, shock-absorbent materials to ensure safe delivery.
Our packaging is designed to feel like a gift — even when it’s just for you.

Incorrect Address /
Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing the order.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Order Not Delivered?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

We’ll help you track it down or offer a resolution.

Damaged During Shipping?

In the rare event that your order arrives broken or melted:

We’ll offer a replacement or refund based on the issue and availability.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them by emailing us.
     

  • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
